“Hm, even you can be polite.” She couldn’t help but smile down at him before hopping up to the next tree. Leaping upwards, she used a flexible branch as momentum, helping her bounce up even higher on the tree.
“Oh, I see it.” she murmured, crawling along the thick branch, it was caught between a few thorny leaves and their stems..Wonderful.
“Give me a sec..” She called out as she stretched her hand, ignoring the pinch of pain on her hand. Tch. Her fingers closed around the scabbard of kaoru’s sword, holding it tightly as she slowly began to pull it away.
She tighten her hold on the branch with her legs, carefully pulling out a small dagger to slice off some of the entangled branches.
Got it! she thought, pulling away the scabbard with nary a scratch.
“Got it kaoru!” She beamed then, holding her prize. “I’ll be down in a few.”
Gingerly, she hopped down and landed softly on the ground, hiding her injured hand as she held out his blade.
“There you go.”
Well that went better than expected.

Kaoru took the sword from her hands in one swift scoop and inspected it dearly before twirling around with his cape and making a quick wave of goodbye.
Off he goes now to find a different training spot. There would be no more reason for him to stay there.
